The pharmacy is conveniently located in suite 1 on the main floor, just inside entrance A (adjacent to the main entrance for Meridian Fitness and Wellness).  When entering the parking lot, look for signs directing you to entrance A and Fitness Center.

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Convenient and Hassle-Free Service

•    Fast-Fill of prescriptions –  Any Health Village physician or service provider can send your prescription while you are in their office, and it will be filled and waiting for you on your way out… or it can even be delivered up to the physician office for you.
•    Drop off your prescription on your way into the fitness center or rehabilitation center, and pick it up after your workout or therapy session.
•    Drop off your prescription when attending one of the many health screenings or wellness events in the Health Village Conference Center, and pick it up on your way out.

Meet Our Pharmacists

Jonathan Chao, B.S. RPh., MBA -
Licensed and registered in New Jersey, New York and Florida, Jonathan has more than 20 years experience as a pharmacist, most recently owning independent pharmacies in New York City and Princeton, New Jersey.  His passion for serving customers and pharmacology dates back even further, to his first job in a drug store at age 12. Jonathan looks forward to being part of the Jackson community and combining the passion for service that made him successful in New York City, with the friendly atmosphere of the local drug store that he enjoyed as a young man.

Mahmood (Moe) Hasham,  B.S. RPh. -
Licensed and registered to practice pharmacy in New Jersey and Florida, Mahmood - known simply as Moe to his customers and colleagues - has more than 15 years experience as a pharmacist and is certified in CPR and administering immunizations.  He began his career with Walgreens in 1996 and was promoted to Pharmacy Manager in 2000. He later purchased and successfully ran his own retail pharmacy in 2006. Moe's passion for getting to know each patient and providing personalized care and advice has made him a well known pharmacist and friend to Marlboro township residents.  Moe is excited to become part of the Jackson community and developing relationships with local families and residents.


Gabriel M Ouellette, B.S. Pharm.D. - Licensed as a pharmacist in the states of New Jersey and Connecticut, Gabriel graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2011 with his Doctor of Pharmacy. He has more than 10 years of experience serving the tristate area in retail pharmacy, and has held the position of pharmacist in charge the last 4 years of his career. Gabriel has a passion for creating exceptional healthcare outcomes by optimizing drug regimens to fit each patient's specific needs. Gabriel has recently moved to Jackson, and looks forward to serving the needs of the community he has begun to embrace.

Meridian Village Pharmacy provides personalized services from handling initial pre-authorization to delivery to your doorstep, physician’s office, or treatment location.

Growth in specialty drugs has provided new hope for patients with rare, chronic, and complex medical conditions. Meridian Village Pharmacy combines the expertise of Meridian Health in understanding the needs of patients with severe and debilitating illnesses, with fully coordinated access to appropriate drugs and treatment.
