Meridian Rehabilitation

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Network of Meridian Health offers a full array of rehabilitative and wellness therapies, treatments, and programs to return patients to the highest level of functioning possible.  The one-to-one relationship the therapist develops with each patient is the major reason for our outstanding success rate and high patient satisfaction.  Our Therapists take the time to explain your injury and personalize your treatment plan.  Our goal is to provide skilled care to all age groups and restore movement and function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury, returning patients to an active and independent lifestyle.

Our spacious 6,000 square foot facility within the Meridian Health Village at Jackson, an outpatient service of Ocean Medical Center, features the latest equipment and therapies in a modern and comfortable setting.  Services available include a full array of rehabilitative and wellness therapies including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Audiology.

We work closely with you, your family, and physician to help in your recovery and return you to full function and your normal daily routines. Our facility is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
